AMN Engineering provides sheet metal stamping and pressing services from our manufacturing facility in Lahore, Pakistan. We manufacture washers, gaskets, clips, brackets, conduit fittings, and custom stamped components using in-house presses and custom dies. Our stamping capability handles sheet metal up to 6mm thick in mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass.
We manufacture custom dies in-house, which means we can produce new stamped parts from your drawing without relying on external toolmakers. For parts where we already have a die, the MOQ is as low as 100 pieces. New die orders start at 500 pieces to offset the tooling cost.
Our stamped parts can be further processed with galvanizing, electroplating, or powder coating - all available in-house or through our trusted partners. This integrated approach ensures consistent quality from raw material to finished, coated product.
